Before restoring your data, make sure you have backed up your trips in the OtoZen app.

To restore your data:

  1. Log in to OtoZen using the same phone number
  2. Sign in with the same account used to create the backup
    • iOS: iCloud account
    • Android: Google account
  3. If a backup is available, OtoZen will automatically restore your trips and data

If no backup is found, your data cannot be restored because OtoZen does not store personal trip data on its servers.
