OtoZen is designed to protect your family’s privacy while still giving you access to recent driving activity.
You can view your family members’ recent trip history in the app, but the full history of every past trip may not be available because:
- OtoZen limits how long family trip data is stored
Family member drive data is currently available for up to the last 3 months. - We prioritize privacy and data protection
OtoZen does not keep unlimited family trip history on our servers. - Viewed trip data is transferred to your app
Once the trip data has been delivered and viewed in your app, it may be removed from OtoZen servers. - Unlimited drive tracking applies to individual drivers
Drivers may have access to their own drive tracking data, but family members' trip history is limited to help protect privacy.
This approach helps keep your family’s location and driving data more private and secure.
