If phone usage was counted for a trip where you weren’t the driver, or if a passenger or child used your phone during the trip, you can update the trip record to reflect that you were not the one using the phone.

 To do this: 

  • Open the app and go to Drives > Select "Me" on the Top.

  • Select the drive for which you want to update the mode.

  • Tap on the Driver/Rider icon at the top right corner.
  • Change the mode to Rider for that particular trip only.
