Ensure you've backed up your data in the OtoZen app (Settings -> Driving Log Backup).

To restore your data:

  1. Log in to your OtoZen account with the same number.
  2. Make sure the device has the same iCloud account used for the backup.
  3. If a backup is found, OtoZen will automatically restore all your drives.
  4. If no backup is found, data cannot be restored as OtoZen does not store personal data on its servers.
