Follow the steps below to export your driving logs as a CSV file:

Step 1: Go to the Insights Screen

1. Open the OtoZen app.

2. Navigate to the Insights section.

3. Scroll down and select one of the following options:

   • All Trips

   • Driver

   • Rider

   • Student

   • Supervisor

4. Tap Export Driving Log.

Step 2: Choose the Export Period

• Select the month and/or year for which you want to export the data.

Step 3: Export the File

• For iOS:

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. A pre-filled email draft will open with the CSV file attached.

  3. Tap the Send icon (arrow at the top right) to email the file.

  ⚠️ Note: Make sure your email app is properly set up. If it's not working, the email may not be sent.

• For Android:

  1. Choose the app you'd like to share the CSV file with (e.g., Gmail, Drive, etc.).

  2. Share or save the file through the selected app.

✅ That's it!

You will receive or share a CSV file containing all your drive details for the selected period.
