If you are having trouble exporting reports or not receiving the email with the reports, please check the following settings:

For iPhone:

  1. Open iPhone's Settings:
    • Scroll down and tap on Mail.
  2. Check Mail Accounts:
    • In Mail, tap on Accounts.
    • Select Gmail (or your relevant email account).
  3. Verify Login Status:
    • Check if you are logged out of your email account. If yes, log back in.

After ensuring you are logged into your email account, try to send the drive report from OtoZen again.

For Android: 

  1. Open Gmail:
    • Check your email account is logged in
  2. Verify Login Status:
    • Check if you are logged out of your email account. If yes, log back in.

 After ensuring you are logged into your email account, try to send the drive report from OtoZen again.
