OtoZen tracks phone usage during driving when the following conditions are met:

• The vehicle speed exceeds 20 mph.
• The app is set to Driver Mode.
• Physical interaction with the device occurs, such as:
  • Lifting and unlocking the phone.
  • Moving the phone while it is unlocked.
  • Unlocking the phone for any use, even if stationary in a holder.

The goal is to minimize smartphone distractions. If you encounter any discrepancies in the phone usage data, you can easily report them through the OtoZen app by navigating to the specific drive under the "Drives" section, selecting "Report," detailing your issue, and submitting the report.
