No. You cannot change the drive mode for a family member’s trip from your app.
OtoZen shows trip information based on the drive mode selected by your family member before or during the trip. Once the trip is completed and shared with you, changing the mode later will not update that trip in your app.
Your family member can change the Driver/Rider Mode for their own trip from their OtoZen app.
We’re actively working on improvements for this in future releases.
