If you face difficulties with adding your iCloud account for driver logs in OtoZen, please review your phone’s settings by following these steps:

  1. Open Phone Settings
  2. Tap on your profile or name at the top
  3. Select iCloud
  4. Verify if the iCloud Drive option is enabled or disabled

If iCloud Drive is disabled, enable it and then try backing up your data in OtoZen:

  1. Open the OtoZen app
  2. Go to the Short Cuts tab
  3. Tap on Backup Trips
  4. Turn it on
