Once the SOS is triggered, the app will send your real-time location and a predefined emergency message to your OtoZen connections. For paid users, professional emergency dispatch services will also be notified to ensure quick assistance in critical situations.
Note: Professional emergency dispatch services are available only within the United States. Outside the U.S., Paid SOS will continue to notify your OtoZen connections, but professional dispatch services will not be contacted.
