With Free SOS, only your OtoZen connections (family and friends added in the app) will be notified when you trigger an SOS.

With Paid SOS, in addition to notifying your OtoZen connections, professional emergency dispatch services will also be contacted to provide emergency assistance.

Note: Professional emergency dispatch services are available only within the United States. Outside the U.S., Paid SOS will continue to notify your OtoZen connections, but professional dispatch services will not be contacted.
