There are a few reasons why a teen’s drive score and total trip count may appear differently in their app compared to the parent's app:

  • Sync/Network Issues: If there were internet or network issues when a trip was completed, the drive data might not have been sent to the parent's app immediately. The teen’s app may later recover the data when connected to a stable network (e.g., at home or school), leading to discrepancies.

  • Driver/Rider Mode Changes: If the teen manually changes a trip from Driver to Rider (or vice versa) after completing the trip, this update is not reflected in the parent's app. The parent's app continues to display the original trip status at the time of completion.
