The Motion & Fitness permission will only appear in your phone settings after the OtoZen app requests it for the first time. If the app has never asked for this permission and you haven’t manually allowed or denied it, the option will not be visible in your settings.
To enable Motion & Fitness permission, please follow these steps in the OtoZen app:
- Open OtoZen.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Fix Safety Checklist.
- Select Motion and Fitness.
- When prompted, tap Allow to grant the permission.
Once you've completed these steps, the permission should be visible in your phone settings.
