If your trips aren’t being recorded, the first step is to make sure all required permissions and settings are enabled on your phone.

✅ For iPhone (iOS):

  • Location Access set to “Always”
  • Precise Location turned on
  • Motion & Fitness allowed

✅ For Android:

  • Location set to “Allow all the time”
  • Physical Activity permission is enabled
  • Battery Optimization is disabled for OtoZen
  • Data Saver and Battery Saver are turned off or excluded for the app
