If your trips aren’t being recorded, the first step is to make sure all required permissions and settings are enabled on your phone.
✅ For iPhone (iOS):
- Location Access set to “Always”
- Precise Location turned on
- Motion & Fitness allowed
✅ For Android:
- Location set to “Allow all the time”
- Physical Activity permission is enabled
- Battery Optimization is disabled for OtoZen
- Data Saver and Battery Saver are turned off or excluded for the app
