Whether you’ve changed your device, your phone number, or both, here’s what it means for your OtoZen account, trip history, and subscription.
Case 1: You Got a New Phone (Same Phone Number)
Before switching phones:
Back up your trip history using the OtoZen app.
On your new phone: Log in using the same phone number.
- Android users: Make sure to use the same Google account used during backup.
Note: OtoZen does not store trip data on its servers. If no backup was made, your trip history cannot be restored.
Case 2: You Got a New Phone Number (Same Phone)
Do not create a new account.
- Open the OtoZen app and use the “Change Phone Number” option to update your number within your existing account.
