If you are using OtoZen as an add-on member under someone else’s Family Plan or Group Subscription, you do not have the ability to cancel the subscription yourself.
Only the primary account holder—the person who originally purchased the OtoZen subscription—can cancel or manage the subscription and billing. This is because the subscription is tied to their payment method and account settings.
What you can do:
Contact the primary payer (usually a parent or organizer of your family or group) and ask them to cancel the subscription through their OtoZen account.
Once the subscription is canceled by the payer, your premium access will remain until the current billing period ends. After that, your account will be automatically switched to the free version.
