If your streak challenge broke because of an incorrect speed limit, you can get it corrected and your streak restored.
Steps to follow:
Open the trip where the speed limit was wrong.
Tap Report Wrong Speed Limit.
The OtoZen Support Team will review your report and update the road’s speed limit if needed.
After the update:
The speeding instance from that trip will be removed.
If the trip’s Drive Score becomes 100, your streak challenge will automatically be reset to include that trip, and your streak will continue without being lost.
This ensures your safe driving record stays accurate and fair.
