Q: What data can I back up in the OtoZen app, and how can I do it?
A: You can securely back up key data from your OtoZen app. This feature is especially useful if you accidentally delete the app or lose your phone, as it allows you to restore your data upon logging back in.
Data You Can Back Up:
- Your Trips: All the drives you've recorded in the app.
- Favorite Places: Locations you've marked as favorites.
- Drive Scores: The scores summarizing your driving habits.
- Past History of Last 3 Months: All the drives of your family members for the last three months.
How to Back Up Data:
- Navigate to the OtoZen app.
- Go to ' Settings" > "Driving Log Backup" > "Backup Now".
- Follow the prompts to back up your data.
Storage of Backup Data:
- For iPhone users, data is backed up into iCloud.
- For Android users, data is backed up into Google Drive.
- Note: OtoZen does not store any of your personal data on its servers.
Backing up your data ensures that you retain all your important OtoZen information, even if your app is deleted or your phone is lost or replaced.
