OtoZen now helps you stay informed by predicting where your family member is most likely heading and showing an estimated time of arrival (ETA) — all automatically.
When your family member starts a trip, OtoZen reviews their recent trip patterns (from the past few days) stored only on their phone.
If they usually travel to the same place around that time — for example, leaving for work at 9:00 AM — OtoZen will predict “To Work” as the likely destination and display an ETA to you and other connections.
If the predicted destination is incorrect
Sometimes the predicted location may not match where your family member is actually going.
If that happens, you can quickly update it right from the app:
Tap “Change Destination” on their live activity card.
The app will open your family member’s Live Trip screen.
From there, select “Change Destination.”
Choose the correct location from the list or enter a new one manually.
OtoZen will instantly update the destination and ETA for that trip.
If no prediction is available, the trip will simply show “On a trip since [time]”.

- All predictions are generated locally on the driver’s phone using recent trip history.
