On iOS, iCloud backup for an app can fail even when iCloud is set up on the device. This usually happens when one or more specific iCloud or app-level settings are disabled.

Please check the following settings on your iPhone:

1. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled

  • Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud

  • Ensure iCloud Drive is turned ON

2. Allow OtoZen to use iCloud

  • Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud

  • Scroll down and confirm OtoZen is toggled ON

3. Check available iCloud storage

  • Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage

  • Make sure you have enough available iCloud space

4. Confirm iCloud Backup is enabled

  • Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup

  • Ensure iCloud Backup is turned ON

If any of these settings are turned off, iOS may display a message asking you to “set up iCloud,” even though you’re already signed in.
