Step 1: Check Live Location Permissions
- Open the OtoZen app on your phone.
- Navigate to the Live Location section of your family member.
- Check for any messages indicating you cannot access their location.
- If there are no such messages, you can go ahead and proceed to Step 2. If you see an " <Family Member's Name> Limited Your Viewing Access " message, kindly ask your family member to grant you access from their "Give access" screen and Settings within their app.
Step 2: Verify Their Safetycheck List Settings
- Request your family member to open their OtoZen app.
- Within the app's Settings screen, ask them to select "Fix Safety Checklist ."
- Ensure that all the items on the checklist are ticked off and completed.
Step 3: Wait for the Next Drive
- Once your family member has completed the Safety Checklist, wait for their next drive.
- After they start a new drive, you can view their location on OtoZen. If not, please go to Step 4.
Step 4: Send a Log File
- Request your family member to open their OtoZen app.
- In the app's Settings screen, ask them to select " How Can We Help?> > Search for Log File and click on the link."
- Our dedicated Support Team will analyze the log file and reply promptly.
