Q: Will OtoZen record my trip if my phone runs out of battery while driving?

A: OtoZen can only record trip data when your phone is operational. If your phone dies during a trip, we will present the data recorded up to that point, marked with a battery error icon in your trip history. However, if the trip is too short (under 0.2 miles) and the phone dies, this trip will not be shown in the app. Additionally, please note that viewers won't receive any drive-end notifications for trips where the phone dies.
