In the OtoZen app, there are two types of alerts you can encounter:

Safety Alerts: These alerts can be found within the app under the "My Safety" section. They are designed to help drivers maintain safe behavior on the road. Examples of safety alerts include warnings about speeding and reminders not to text while driving. You can enable or disable these alerts as needed. 

Family Notifications: These are a different kind of alerts or notifications that you can receive from your family members regarding their trips. To access these notifications, go to the "Family" section within the app, select the family member's name, and then choose "Notify me." These notifications include updates about when a family member starts a trip, when they are approximately minutes away from a specific location, or when they have completed a trip. For more details about these notifications, you can tap on the information (i) icon provided in the app.

These two types of alerts serve distinct purposes, with safety alerts focusing on the driver's behavior and family notifications offering real-time updates about family members' trips. Feel free to explore and customize these features to suit your preferences and needs.
