If you need to cancel your OtoZen subscription on your Phone, follow these steps:
Open the OtoZen app
Go to Short Cuts
Tap on Manage Plan
Tap the Manage Plan Button
Click on Cancel Subscription
Tap Cancel Anyway
Choose a reason for canceling and tap Submit
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you won’t be charged again.
Note: You will still have access to your current subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Don’t see an active OtoZen subscription?
That likely means you're currently on our special free trial, which we provided with no payment commitment. This trial lasts 7 days from the day you first onboarded the app. If you’re on this trial, you don’t need to take any action, and the access will simply expire at the end of the trial period
